The challenge
What wasn't working
Excellent work, terrible presentation: hundreds of unsorted job-site photos in a single gallery, no way for a homeowner to tell a bathroom remodel from a commercial build, and no path from browsing to a conversation.
The approach
How we solved it
- 01
Restructured the portfolio into typed case studies — scope, timeline, materials, and before-and-after — instead of one undifferentiated gallery.
- 02
Art-directed a photography standard and reshot the twelve projects worth leading with.
- 03
Designed an editorial layout that gives large-format images room to work while keeping a quote request one scroll away.
- 04
Wrote project narratives that answer the questions homeowners actually ask about cost ranges and timelines.
The outcome
What changed
Qualified quote requests more than doubled, and the sales conversation now starts with a homeowner referencing a specific project rather than asking what the company does.
